How do gift cards work?

    Order the gift card and enter the recipient's email address. You can send to a single recipient or to several at the same time.

    Recipient receives an email from us with your personal greeting and selected photo/gift card.

  • 3. The recipient shops at Kosibox and pays with the gift card

    Recipients choose the gifts they want themselves and pay with the code on the gift card.

You can choose to send gift cards to several people at the same time, perfect for companies that want to give gifts to their employees. Tip: Does not work on mobile, use PC.

What can the gift card be used for?

The gift card can be used at www.kosibox.no. There you can choose freely from our range. The gift card cannot be used on other websites or in stores.

How long is the expiration date?

1 year from when you order the gift card.

Do I get a physical gift card?

No, it is only by email. The gift card itself consists of a code you enter when you shop at www.kosibox.no

Do I have to send the gift card to the recipient myself?

Kosibox sends the gift card (or gift cards) directly to the recipient(s)' email. You don't have to do anything, but it might be a good idea to inform the recipient so they know the gift card is coming.

Can you combine gift cards with money?

Yes, the recipient can pay part of the amount with a gift card and the excess with their chosen payment method, such as Vipps, card payment or Klarna.
